8:00 AM

Welcome & Safety Orientation

Meet your instructor, tour the workshop, and complete comprehensive safety training. Learn proper PPE usage, equipment handling, and emergency protocols.

9:00 AM

Flux Core MIG Fundamentals

Understand the science behind flux core MIG welding — how the arc works, wire feed mechanics, and metal properties. Hands-on equipment familiarization.

10:30 AM

First Beads & Technique

Strike your first arc and begin running beads on practice plates. Learn proper torch angle, travel speed, and distance with real-time instructor feedback.

12:00 PM

Lunch Break

Refuel and recharge. Lunch is provided. Review your morning work and ask questions in a relaxed setting.

1:00 PM

Joint Welding & Positions

Progress to real joint welding — butt joints, T-joints, and lap joints. Practice in flat and horizontal positions with guided instruction.

3:00 PM

Project Build

Apply everything you have learned to build a real project from start to finish. Cut, fit, tack, and weld a functional piece you will take home.

5:00 PM

Review & Certification

Instructor reviews your work, provides personalized feedback, and awards your Legacy Welding Academy completion certificate.
