By accessing and using the Legacy Welding Academy website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Legacy Welding Academy provides welding instruction, classes, and workshops. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
Class enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment through our authorized payment processor (Square). All prices are listed in US dollars. The current price for the MIG Welding Flux Core Intensive is $1,250 per student.
Payment is due at the time of booking. Legacy Welding Academy reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
More than 7 days before class: Full refund available.
Within 7 days of class: No refund, but you may reschedule to the next available class at no additional charge (one reschedule per enrollment).
No-show: Enrollment fee is forfeited. No refund or reschedule will be offered.
Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Participants aged 16 to 17 may enroll with written parental or legal guardian consent and a signed liability waiver. Participants under 16 years of age are not permitted.
All participants must follow safety instructions and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times during class. Legacy Welding Academy reserves the right to remove any participant who violates safety protocols, engages in disruptive behavior, or appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. No refund will be issued in such cases.
All participants must sign a Liability Waiver and Release form before participating in any class or activity. Participation without a signed waiver is not permitted.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Legacy Welding Academy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
